An airport-to-hotel transfer with a named contact, luggage assistance and help at reception, for up to three guests with three standard suitcases. Include flight details in your enquiry so we can agree a meeting point. Room check-in starts at 15:00.
Private dining
Book a private room for up to eight guests, with a laid table and a host for two hours. The host coordinates serving times with the kitchen. Meals are chosen from the Dining menu and charged separately.
Itinerary planning
Spend an hour with a concierge planning around your interests and commitments. You leave with a written schedule. Transport, dining and event services are booked separately at the prices on this website.
A host for your gathering
A dedicated host coordinates arrivals, the schedule and contact with hotel teams for up to 12 guests over two hours. Room hire is booked through Events. These services are separate from the reception, concierge and luggage assistance included in your stay.
