The Boardroom seats 16 around one table. The Event Room seats 60 for a banquet, 80 in theatre rows or 36 in classroom seating.
Equipment included
Room hire includes tables and chairs, a display screen with HDMI connection, Wi-Fi, drinking water and a flipchart. The Event Room also has a handheld microphone. We set up the room and show you the equipment; bring an HDMI-compatible device or adaptor.
Event catering
The working lunch is priced per person and served in the event space or a nearby dining area. Send final numbers and dietary requirements seven days before the event. Catering and room hire are booked separately.
Wedding receptions
Eight-hour wedding reception hire includes tables, chairs, neutral linen, a microphone, setup and an event coordinator. Your coordinator helps plan the schedule, arrivals and room layout. Arrange your own celebrant, performers, decorations and external suppliers, and agree these with the hotel before delivery.
