Reception and luggage
Reception is staffed 24 hours a day. Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We store luggage on arrival and departure days; keep valuables with you. Daily housekeeping is included, and reception can note your preferred service time.
Concierge
The concierge is on hand from 07:00 to 22:00 for local recommendations, sightseeing plans, transport and tour enquiries. We discuss any tour booking with you before making it. Reception can book taxis; pay the driver for the agreed trip.
Transport
For an airport transfer, include your flight details and party size in your enquiry. We will reply with the pickup time and meeting point. Each vehicle carries up to three guests and three standard suitcases. Larger groups can book multiple vehicles at the same per-vehicle rate. Local transport and sightseeing drives have the same capacity.
Clothing care
Leave clothing with reception and tell us about delicate fabrics. We record the items and return them to your room. Collection deadlines, turnaround times and order sizes are listed below.
Business centre
The business centre opens from 07:00 to 22:00 for hotel guests, with a workstation, internet access and up to ten A4 printed pages per stay. Sign out of personal accounts after use. See Meetings & events for room hire.
