We need the required fields to respond. Keep payment card details, passport copies and other sensitive documents out of the form.
How we use it
We use your details to answer questions, arrange a stay or service, and contact you by email or phone. Necessary cookies support the forms and remember that you have seen the cookie notice. We do not use enquiries for marketing subscriptions or advertising profiles, and this website has no visitor analytics.
Who receives it
Authorised hotel staff receive enquiries by email. Our hosting and email providers process information to run the website and deliver and store messages. Enquiries are not sent to booking platforms or advertising services, and we do not sell personal information.
If a requested service involves a transport company or another provider, we explain what needs to be shared before passing on the relevant details. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address an immediate safety concern.
How long we keep it
Unsent room or service details and form entries saved after a failed submission are kept for up to two hours. After a successful submission, those temporary details are removed and a brief acknowledgement is kept for 30 minutes. The cookie that remembers the notice lasts 180 days after you close it.
We keep enquiry correspondence while responding and arranging any resulting stay or service. Afterwards, we review and delete it when it is no longer needed for follow-up questions, complaints or legal record-keeping. Records for unresolved matters stay until the matter is closed. Closing your browser does not delete email correspondence.
Security
Access is limited to staff and providers who need the information for these purposes. The website uses encrypted connections and form protection. Send personal information from a device and email account you control.
